Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing and using bestseo.sg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Best SEO Singapore, operated by Best Marketing Agency Pte Ltd (UEN: 201929524N).

2. Services

We provide search engine optimisation, digital marketing, web design, and related services as described on this website and in individual service agreements. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in the signed service agreement between us and the client.

3. Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
• Recurring service fees are billed monthly in advance.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.

4. Service Commitment

SEO and digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. We commit to executing the strategy and deliverables outlined in your service agreement. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes unless explicitly stated in a written performance guarantee.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, clients agree to provide timely access to website CMS, analytics accounts, Google Search Console, and any other platforms required. Delays caused by the client in providing access or approving deliverables may extend project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Content, designs, and strategies created for the client during the engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. Our proprietary tools, processes, and methodologies remain the property of Best Marketing Agency Pte Ltd.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice after the initial commitment period. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. Upon termination, we will provide a handover of all work completed and access credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Best Marketing Agency Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
